Ingredients
- Bread -6 slices
- Chicken 1 breast piece
- Mayo -6 tbsp
- Onion- Red 1/2 of medium sized onion
- Tomato- 1/2 of roma tomato
- Salt -as required
- Pepper- as required
- Oil-1tsp
- Ginger/garlic paste -1 tsp
- Butter -As required
Preparation:
- Cut the breast to medium sized pieces
- In a thick bottom pan,Add the chicken pieces,Salt,pepper and 1/2 cup of water.Cover and cook until done(by the end of the cooking process you can leave the pan open to make all the water to be evaporated)
- Shred the chicken and keep it aside
- On the same pan add Oil and add Ginger garlic paste followed by chopped onion
- Once the onion is translucent,add tomato and a bit more pepper
- Add the chicken and let the mixture dry probably around 3-5 minutes
- Now Let the mixture cool for 15 mins.
- Add mayo to the mixture and keep it aside
- On a frying pan,Add butter and toast the bread
- Once toasted,add the chicken mixture and add another toasted bread on top.
Sandwich is ready!!
