Ingredients
Marinate:Beef 1 kg
Ginger big piece
Shallot-one diced
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1 1/2 tsp
Green chilly-3
Salt
For roast
Coconut oil-3tbsp
fennel seed- 1/8 tsp to splutter

Fennel seed powder- 1/4 tsp
Mulaku podi-1tsp
Coriander powder1 1/2 tsp

Garam masala-1/2 tsp
tomato- 1/2 tomato
Coconut bit pieces- as required
Curry leaves -3-4 spring

Preparation:
Marinate the cleaned beef pieces with the ingredients listed under marination. Keep it aside for 15 mins. Pressure cook till the beef is done.
Heat up a thick bottom pan and add coconut oil
Add curry leaves and fennel seeds to the pan
Add ginger,green chilly and garlic slices and saute it for few minutes until they turn light brown
Add diced shallots and big onions,add some salt to it and let the onion become translucent
Once the onion is soft and slightly brown,add all the spices and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes
Add tomato to the mixture and cook for another 5 mins.
Add coconut bit pieces and beef to the mixture and dry roast for 10-15 mins
At the end add sme curry leaves and turn off the heat.
Beef roast is ready to be served!!
