Dragon Chicken





Ingredients:

Marination


Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg

Garlic paste - 3 cloves
Ginger paste - a small piece
Egg -1
Soy Sauce-1 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
Oil


For Gravy


Oil - 3 tbsp

Garlic - 3 cloves(chopped)
Onion - 2 small(chopped)
Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 1/2 tbsp
Crushed dried red chilies - 3tsp
Sugar - a pinch 
Spring onion 

Preparation:

1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients together with chicken except cornflour & oil.Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 1 hr.

2.After 1 hr take out of refrigerator & add cornflour.Deep fry in oil at low fire till chicken gets cooked.Keep it aside.


3.Heat a pan,pour oil when it gets heated add garlic & saute till its raw smell disappears.Now add onion & saute for a while,add crushed red chilies,soy sauce,tomato ketchup,sugar one after another.Add fried chicken saute for 3 minutes. Serve hot with fried rice,Chapati,Noodles.
