Egg Roast

Ingredients 

  • Egg-6 
  • Big Onion-4 Thin sliced
  • Ginger-one medium piece
  • Garlic-4 cloves 
  • Green chilli-3  (non spicy)
  • Fennel seeds-1/4tsp 
  • Whole Pepper cones -1/2tsp 
  • Curry leaves -
  • Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tsp 
  • Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp 
  • Coriander Powder-2tsp 
  • Garam Masala-1/2tsp 
  • Coconut Oil-3tbsp 
  • Tomato-1 
  • Salt- 
  • Sugar-1/4tsp (opt)

Preparation

On a mortar and pestle,grind pepper cones,fennel,ginger  and garlic.
Heat oil and add ginger-garlic-fennel-pepper mix and saute.
Add onion,green chilly ,curry leaves and salt.
Saute till onion turns brown.
Add all spice powder and saute well.For about 10 minutes
Now add diced tomato and cook well.
Add boiled water and cook .
Finally add boiled de-shelled eggs and roast well.(around 5 mins)

Your egg roast is ready to be served!
