Tomato chutney for idli/dosa

Ingredients 

  1. Sesame Oil-2tbsp
  2. Red Onion-2 diced
  3. Tomato-2 diced
  4. Dried Red Chilli-4-6
  5. Garlic-4 big cloves 
  6. Tamarind-very small piece
  7. Jaggery- 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt

Preparation

  • In a small pressure cooker, Add 2 -3 tbsp of sesame oil
  • Add all the ingredients 2-8
  • Close the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistle in medium flame 
  • Once the mixture is cooled,grind the mixture in a blender to a fine paste. 
Ready to be served with dosa/idli.Enjoy!!
