Ingredients
- Sesame Oil-2tbsp
- Red Onion-2 diced
- Tomato-2 diced
- Dried Red Chilli-4-6
- Garlic-4 big cloves
- Tamarind-very small piece
- Jaggery- 1/2 tsp
- Salt
Preparation
- In a small pressure cooker, Add 2 -3 tbsp of sesame oil
- Add all the ingredients 2-8
- Close the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistle in medium flame
- Once the mixture is cooled,grind the mixture in a blender to a fine paste.
