Ingredients
Fennel seeds-6tbsp or 38gmCardamom -1 tbsp or 5gm
Cloves-1.5 tbsp or 6gm
Cinnamon-4-5 small sticks 4gm
Mace-1
Nutmeg -small piece
Preparation Method
Dry roast all the spice on medium heat or 4-6mins
Transfer them to a plate and let the mixture cool
In a blender or coffee grinder,add all the cooled spices and grind them into coarse powder
All spice mix(garam masala) is ready.
