Ingredients
- Dried Kashmiri chilly(piriyan mulaku) -23 whole
- Dried chilly -25 whole
- Coriander seeds - 6tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds -1 1/2 tbsp
- Urad dal -5tbsp
- Channa dal -8tbsp
- Astofedia - 2tbsp
- Curry leaves -20
- Turmeric -3/4 tsp
Preparation
- Dry roast each ingredient separately.
- After cooling down,blend it all together using a coffee grinder or blender into fine powder.
The spice mix is ready for sambar.
