Ingredients
- Coconut oil - 2-3 tsp
- Shallots - 2 big french or 10 small
- Ginger -1 tsp minced
- Green chilly -1 slit lengthwise
- Coriander powder-1/4 tsp
- Garam masala-1/8 tsp
- Red chilly Powder-1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder-1/4 -1/2 tsp
- Mushroom- 6 big button or 150 grams cubed
- Coconut splits -3 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
Instruction
- On a frying pan,heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
- Add minced ginger and silt green chilly and fry for 1 min.
- Add all the spices and saute for 3-5 minutes until raw spice smell disappears.
- Add cubed mushroom and coconut slits.Cook until mushroom is well cooked.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
