Strawberry trifle


Ingredients

Condensed Milk -300 ml
Cold water -1.5cups /375mL
Vanilla instant pudding -1 packet/102 gm
Whipping cream whipped -2 cups/500mL
Pound Cake-1pkg/ 298 g Cubed
Strawberries -2 pounds Sliced

Instructions

  1. Keep a deep bottom bowl and stand mixer attachment in the freezer for an hour
  2. In a large bowl mix condensed milk and cold water with a whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the pudding mix to above and whisk until well combined
  4. Chill until the pudding mixture is thick.About 20 minutes.
  5. Now in the frozen bowl,add 2 cups of whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form with a stand mixer/hand mixer.
  6. Fold in the whipping cream to the pudding mixture when pudding mixture is ready.
  7. Now in a trifle bowl or a bowl with deep bottom,start layering
  8. Spoon first layer pudding whipped cream mixture about a cup,Then the pound cake,Then the sliced strawberries and repeat until all the prepared mixture is done.
  9. Decorate with strawberries on the top
  10. Chill the trifle at least 2-4 hrs.Ready to be served!
