Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 Roma Diced
- Mango- 1 peeled and diced
- Avocado- 1 pitted, peeled and diced
- Red onion- 1/2 small diced
- Green chilly - 1 chopped
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup c chopped
- Lime juice -3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, add diced tomatoes, diced mango and avocado, diced red onion, 1/4 cup cilantro and green chilly.
Mix salt and lime juice and add it to the salad before serving.Enjoy!!
